Returns, exchanges and guarantee claims

Email contact@evertee.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you need help with. For an exchange, include your preferred size or colour. For a faulty item or guarantee claim, include details of the issue and clear photos.

Our team will reply with the next steps and return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address.

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return under our returns policy. Conditions and exclusions apply. Change-of-mind and size-exchange return postage is paid by you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
